Job Overview We are looking for a candidate throughout Davis County, Salt Lake County, or Utah County . Pay depends on experience but we are willing to train the right candidate! Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner/Technician and become a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting aquatic environments. This energetic role involves performing comprehensive pool cleaning, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal water chemistry balance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, delivering exceptional service to clients. On the job training is provided . Duties Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal to maintain cleanliness and clarity. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems. Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure safe swimming conditions. Maintain detailed records of chemical levels, cleaning activities, and maintenance performed on each pool. Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and supplies to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance procedures, safety tips, and ongoing care recommendations. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting (Preferred). Experience handling water treatment chemicals safely while balancing pool chemistry (Preferred). Knowledge of aquatic facility operations or previous experience working at pools or similar environments is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining safety standards on the road. Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
