We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Personnel to join our team at a self-storage facility in Vernal, UT . This is a need-based, hands-on role focused on keeping the property clean, safe, and fully operational for our tenants.

Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance Keep all areas tidy and free of garbage, debris, misplaced items Pull weeds and maintain landscaping; ensure doors are clear of ice and snow in winter Inspect and repair any broken doors, locks, or latches Regularly check vacant units to confirm they are unlocked, leak-free, safe, clean, and ready to rent Inspect occupied units without locks and report any irregularities Meet with tenants to remove overlocks as needed Clean out units when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or facility upkeep is preferred Ability to work independently and responsibly Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and able to communicate effectively with management and tenants Basic knowledge of locks, latches, and tools
