Each Maintenance employee would be assigned a district or specific centers to provide general maintenance and upkeep for. Each employee would need to be able to professionally and effectively solve maintenance issues and carry out repairs as necessary, found in each commercial childcare center. Some work would include, but is not limited to: Plumbing, Paint touch-up, oversight and maintenance of appliances, basic landscaping, including winterization and spring maintenance, and Vehicle Fleet Maintenance. Each employee must be willing to learn and receive instruction on all maintenance jobs. All Employees will work closely with Center Directors, teachers, and other staff, and will often be in the presence of children.
Candidates must:
Be able to pass a Child Care FBI background check and fingerprint screen Be able to work professionally, safely, and courteously around children and other employees. Be able to work in any weather Be able to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs). Be able to operate specific machinery, including, but not limited to, snowplow, lawnmower, snowblower, etc. Must have a current Utah Driver's License.Benefits offered:
