SIGN INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

TRAINEE- Signs & Vinyl Graphics $18.00 - $25.00 an hour Join our dynamic team as a Sign Installation Technician Trainee specializing in Signs & Vinyl Graphics! Responsibilities Assist with the installation of signs, vinyl graphics, and related hardware on various surfaces and structures. Support senior technicians in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and installation instructions. Learn to operate and maintain equipment and tools used in sign installation processes. Must be dependable and on time with strong work ethic. Experience No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for candidates with mechanical knowledge and/or interest in signage and graphics. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills are highly valued. Experience working in wide-format printing, fabrication, graphic arts or construction-related environment helpful but not required. Basic knowledge and experience using common installation tools and hardware required Physical ability to lift signage materials, work at heights, and perform manual tasks safely required. Ability to safely work off of ladders following safety protocols. Ability to read measurements required. Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges in professional manner. Excellent communication skills with clients and co-workers. This position requires a valid drivers' license and clean driving record. We design, manufacture and install a wide assortment of wide format signs and graphics using state of the art digital print technology. Our products include banners, dimensional and ADA signs, vehicle graphics, wall murals, window graphics and more. Our clients are a cross section of the business community to include both large and small businesses and organizations both on a local and national level.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly position with overtime and performance bonuses
