In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that building interiors, mechanical systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance on building interiors, including painting, carpentry, and drywall work to uphold aesthetic standards and structural integrity. Conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing electrical equipment, and reading schematics to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and servicing plumbing fixtures to prevent disruptions. Repair HVAC systems by diagnosing issues, replacing parts, welding components when necessary, and performing routine system checks to maintain optimal climate control. Use hand tools and electrical equipment repair tools effectively for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems with mechanical or electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally during maintenance activities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities equipment maintenance and repair. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters (for electrical testing), and other diagnostic tools. Skilled in welding, carpentry, plumbing system maintenance and repair, as well as residential painting. Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair techniques specific to heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, and HVAC system troubleshooting. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and repairing electrical equipment. Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) procedures for building systems. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interactions. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams on complex projects when needed.
