We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians available for 3-shift rotations to guarantee the consistent performance of our high-speed packaging and production machinery. Working within our dynamic food manufacturing facility, you will be tasked with the repair, maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components to keep our plant running safely and productively. Core Duties Install, service, and repair various industrial assets including pumps, motors, conveyors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and food processing equipment. Create and implement proactive maintenance schedules to help reduce unexpected equipment downtime. Analyze electrical schematics to diagnose and fix issues with wiring, control panels, sensors, VFDs, and safety mechanisms. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) protocols. Keep precise logs of all inspections, completed work orders, and general maintenance tasks. Utilize a systematic approach to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical failures to restore optimal machine operation. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical proficiency with a solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Strong analytical capabilities to solve complex technical problems. Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams to guide repair efforts. Prior experience in an industrial maintenance setting is highly valued.
