• 1-2 year exp in apartment maintenance preferred

EPA I & II

preferred. Grounds/landscaping Must own some basic tools for use on the job Must have reliable transportation, including moving around the property as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time 40 hours per week Minimum 1 year actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines HVAC certification Preferred for Service Tech positions Snow removal required

EXPECTATIONS

Attendance is an imperative job function as is working in a team oriented environment.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards. Snow removal required
