Job Description

Eastridge Apartments, a locally owned, residential community located in Bristol, VA is in search of a Full Time Maintenance Technician. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in the field and must be proficient in, but not limited to, the following: HVAC repair and maintenance (certification/licensing required) Proficient in Electrical, Plumbing and Appliance repairs General carpentry (including framing, tile work, flooring and drywall finishing) Unit make ready and turnovers for lease Executing tenant work orders with exacting standards Inventory/Supply management To be qualified all candidates MUST be able to pass a drug test and background check, have reliable transportation and have basic tools.
