ABOUT THE WORK I

own rental mobile homes in Cascade and Danville and I need a reliable handyman to handle repairs as they come up. This is per job work, not a full time position. Volume is inconsistent, roughly one to two jobs a month, and more when a home turns over. Every job is quoted and agreed before you start.

HOW I PAY

Payment goes out the same day the work is completed and verified. Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or send me your own payment link. Payment is not provided upfront. On larger jobs we can do progress payments as sections get finished. I buy the materials.

TYPICAL WORK

Doors, windows, locks and hardware. Plumbing, leaks, supply lines and water heaters. HVAC and window units. Appliance install and repair. Electrical outlets, fixtures and breakers. Flooring, subfloor, skirting and roof patching. Drywall, paneling and painting. Turnover and make ready work.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

Your own tools and reliable transportation. Comfortable working on older manufactured homes. You answer your phone and show up when you said you would. Independent contractor status, you handle your own taxes and insurance. A contractor license is not required.

BIGGER OPPORTUNITY I

own more homes in Lynchburg. If you are willing to travel, there is larger project work available beyond these units. I would rather grow with one good person than juggle five.
