Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and HVAC components following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and other building infrastructure. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to lead or assist in construction projects or upgrades that improve facility operations. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC/R systems. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to operate construction tools safely and manage complex mechanical systems confidently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Preferred certifications include HVAC & appliance technology credentials or relevant trade licenses; construction experience is a plus.
