Real Estate Courier & Sign Installer Join EmpowerHome Team as a Real Estate Courier & Sign Installer! EmpowerHome Team is looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Real Estate Courier & Sign Installer to support our fast-paced real estate operations. In this role, you'll help keep our agents and listings moving by delivering and installing real estate signs, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment gets where it needs to be—on time and in excellent condition. Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + full benefits package
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Deliver and professionally install real estate signs throughout the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria area Manage and maintain accurate sign and equipment inventory Coordinate sign installations, removals, and replacements with the team Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and team members Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service Inspect signs and equipment to ensure they are properly installed and maintained Provide reliable, professional service that supports our agents and listings Assist with other field and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience delivering, installing, or handling equipment; real estate experience is a plus Strong inventory management and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines Strong time-management and route-planning skills Reliable, dependable, and professional Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable, professional, and service-oriented About Company Our Culture EmpowerHome is a family-owned and operated company with a mission to serve more families and make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.
