As a small company, we offer a tight-knit work environment where you'll work directly with the owner and have real impact on our growth. What We're Looking For We need a reliable, hands-on team member who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in quality work. You'll assist with a variety of projects including bathroom renovations, tile work, plumbing, electrical, and general remodeling tasks.

Ideal candidates have:

Experience in construction, handyman work, or remodeling (or strong willingness to learn) Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Good customer service skills and professional demeanor Own basic hand tools (power tools provided) Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

Pay Structure Starting:

$17/hr for initial 4-week probationary period After probation: $20-35/hr commensurate with skills and experience

Note:

This is a 1099 contract position. We don't currently offer benefits, but we do offer a supportive environment for craftspeople who want to grow their skills and be part of building something from the ground up.
