About the Role Sempergreen USA specializes in living wall systems for commercial and architectural environments. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Living Wall Maintenance Technician to join our growing Vertical Operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, traveling to different client locations, solving hands-on problems, and working as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on interior and exterior living walls, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and plant replacement. Monitor plant health and identify issues related to pests, disease, watering, or environmental conditions. Inspect and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of irrigation systems. Assist with living wall installations, renovations, and plant replacements. Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas. Document service visits and communicate issues or concerns to the team. Work safely with ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment. Represent Sempergreen USA professionally at client locations. Travel overnight for multiple days on alternating weeks. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse operations, plant care, irrigation, maintenance, or a related field. Knowledge of plant care and basic irrigation systems. Comfortable working with hand tools and performing hands-on maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely work at heights. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for service documentation. Willingness to travel overnight for multiple days on alternating weeks.
