Job description Our Company stands out as being ranked # 1 in the country in AFH. We are looking to hire an extremely organized, sincere and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Handle basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, painting, and sheetrock Keep the property, common areas, and grounds clean and well maintained Maintain tools and supplies Participate in rotating on-call coverage Perform other maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and flooring Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Spanish speaking is a plus

Full-time Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
