Overview Home2 Suites by Hilton is currently hiring a dependable and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure our property remains in top condition for our guests. In this practical, hands-on role , you will play a key part in the guest experience. We are seeking a professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities, maintains a consistent schedule, and excels when working independently. Key Responsibilities Address daily work orders across guest rooms and common areas Execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs for equipment and facilities Identify and resolve issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances Oversee the upkeep of the fitness center, pool, and hotel grounds Perform general repairs, including drywall, painting, and basic carpentry Ensure property safety and standards through routine inspections Document all activities in maintenance records and logs Candidate Requirements At least 1-2 years of maintenance experience (previous hotel background preferred) Technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and work without direct oversight Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Access to reliable transportation A punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable professional approach The Ideal Fit A self-starter who operates effectively without micromanagement An individual who takes the lead and sees projects through to completion A service-minded technician who addresses guest needs promptly A professional who maintains organized and tidy workspaces Perks & Culture Consistent full-time scheduling A management team that provides active support Career development opportunities across various hotel sites A workplace where your contributions are highly valued
