Job Description

Richard Home Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technicians for part-time work. We provide high-quality residential maintenance throughout the Ruther Glen, Fredericksburg, and Richmond areas, specializing in precision lawn care, seasonal property cleanouts, leaf removal and interior/exterior painting. Hiring1099 Independent Contractors with equipment! Whether you are looking for a steady, part-time employee position or are an independent contractor looking to pick up extra commercial/residential jobs, we have a spot for you. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience or fill your schedule. We provide competitive compensation and scheduling flexibility. All experience levels are welcome to apply!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Outdoor Maintenance:
    Handle lawn care, core aeration, and seasonal debris removal.
  • Painting Projects:
    Complete interior/exterior painting, surface prep, and cabinet refinishing.
  • Logistics:
    Safely handle and transport equipment, tools, and materials.

Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Transportation:
    A valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are preferred (frequent travel around Ashland, Fredericksburg, and Richmond is required).
  • Physical Capability:
    Ability to routinely lift and carry equipment/materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Core Traits:
    Strong reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • 1099
