Maintenance Technician Position Summary:

Peak Realty Management is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist in overall maintenance needs at our Glen Allen, VA locations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following: Ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed at all times. Ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Maintaining equipment and equipment supplies in good condition. Ensuring that all work orders are completed within the scheduled time. Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in an orderly, clean, and safe condition. Assisting with troubleshooting problems as they arise. Ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a productive, efficient, and effective manner. Ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed within the scheduled time. Ensuring that the safety of the employees, customers, and guests is maintained at all times. Turnover and renovate units into rent ready condition. Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule. Communicate with residents on any pending items or the status of service requests to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

•Apartment maintenance: 1 year (Required) Work authorization (Required) HVAC Certification(Required) CPO Certification(Required) Experience with Resman or aptitude navigating other multifamily software is preferred Owns their own tools and willing to rotate on call schedule Have dependable transportation to and from work Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

•Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an ongoing basis and be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
