The ideal candidate has some experience working with tools, maintenance, construction, facilities, exterior services, or other physical field work . You do not need to know every service we perform, but you should be comfortable learning new equipment, working at heights, and taking on physically demanding work. What matters most to us is a combination of good attitude, reliability, hands-on ability, willingness to learn, and the desire to grow with a fast-growing company . What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience using tools or equipment Experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, exterior services, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, restoration, or a similar field is preferred Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new equipment Dependable and punctual Able to follow instructions and safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willing to learn new services and adapt as our industry continues to grow Interested in developing into a Lead Technician, Crew Leader, or Supervisor What You'll Do Our technicians work at apartment communities, commercial buildings, data centers, and other professional properties throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. Depending on the project, you may perform or assist with: Exterior building cleaning Pressure washing and soft washing Dryer vent cleaning Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Preventive maintenance services Specialty commercial cleaning Equipment setup and operation Jobsite safety and quality control Every project is a little different, so the ability to learn quickly and work confidently with different tools and equipment is important. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to our Great Falls, VA office Previous experience working with tools, equipment, maintenance, or similar hands-on work Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to perform physical work throughout the day Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and accept coaching Why MetroShine?
