Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues promptly to minimize downtime. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately identify issues and execute repairs. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks off-site or within facility grounds. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference. Support equipment repair and maintenance efforts across various departments while adhering to safety standards. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair mechanical systems efficiently. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes in a commercial or industrial environment. Skilled in diagnosing issues using electrical testing tools and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely; construction experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members. Leadership qualities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
