Job Description
Multicraft Mechanic We are seeking an experienced Multicraft Mechanic to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to help keep operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance, including equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and general plant support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working on a variety of equipment, and being a key part of keeping production moving. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Work on motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, sensors, and related equipment Assist with electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase motors, controls, VFDs, and basic PLC issues Complete preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs Read and interpret manuals, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions Support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate repair updates clearly Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or multicraft maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, pumps, and general plant equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team Comfortable working in a production or industrial environment High school diploma or GED required; technical training or trade school experience is a plus
Pay:
$26.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:
