About PWD Window & Door PWD Window & Door is a locally owned company based in Harrisonburg, Virginia. We specialize in high-quality residential window and door installation, with a focus on projects that often require more skill, craftsmanship, and problem-solving than a typical replacement installation. We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team. Our installers typically work in two-person crews, and we provide company transportation from our Harrisonburg office, tools, and additional training . What You'll Do Install residential windows and doors with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship Work on a variety of projects, including more detailed and challenging installations Troubleshoot installation issues and develop practical solutions in the field Work independently and as part of a two-person crew Assist with occasional product and material deliveries Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work.
