Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of job duties for various electrical construction projects to include framing and pouring concrete pads, managing digging crew for UG piping installations, framing for service installations, drywall repairs (and occasional painting) and punch out items for project completion. Your expertise will ensure that our high-end projects are installed and completed accurately and efficiently to maintain our stellar reputation. contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Install power generation equipment in a professional manner for unique situations with acute attention to detail finished spaces. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform installations. Interpret sketches, technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to ensure precise measurements and placements Conduct daily inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols Communicate with customers and management to ensure a streamlined process for all work to be completed. Document all job progress and maintain details records of all projects. Assist management with other duties as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or handyman services with a strong focus on hands-on performance Proficiency in using all tools

IAW OSHA

requirements. Knowledge of

IRC, IBC.

An understanding of the NEC and IFGC would be helpful. Experience with basic framing techniques and an understanding of construction principals for trades and their installation. Experience with framing concrete pads and pouring/finishing concrete. Experience with drywall (repair) installation, finishing and painting. Experience with trenching and underground repairs to existing systems. Management of small crews for trenching and project coordination. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
