Basic Requirements Needed:

DUCT CLEANING EXPERIENCE A PLUS

• Valid Drivers License
• Pass a drug test
• Speak fluent English
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to drive a truck / trailer / box truck
• Ability to carry 50+ lbs
• Not scared of heights (ladder driven)
• Not closterphobic (crawl space / crawl clean duct)
• Professional Appearance (tucked in shirt in jeans / work pants)
• Steel Toe boots (all other PPE supplied by HCDC)
• Worked and operated basic tools
• Show up to work early and the need to work at any time
• anywhere
• Working Smart Phone

• Clean Background Responsibilities:

• Perform routine daily duties on facility equipment and systems through IAQ processes
• Be efficient within the task given each day
• Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Start and Run equipment that is used every day to do the cleaning
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Truck Responsibility Experience:

DUCT CLEANING EXPERIENCE A PLUS

• NADCA Certification this will determine the pay scale to be discussed
• Experience a Plus (Duct Cleaning Residential & Commercial/Grease Hoods)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in related field is preferred
