Position Overview As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the property. You will be responsible for completing service requests, assisting with apartment turns, performing preventative maintenance, and helping ensure resident satisfaction through timely and professional repairs. Key Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the property

Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues

Diagnose and resolve minor electrical problems

Repair and maintain appliances as needed

Complete carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks

Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

Maintain property grounds and common areas

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer service
