SUMMARY Apartment community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in maintaining property. Perform apartment repair/turn overs including sheet rock repair, setting commodes, hanging ceiling fans and general apartment maintenance. Seeking a Maintenance Technician whi is well versed and experienced in apartment maintenance (plumbing, structural, HVAC, electrical).

REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years of Apartment Maintenance experience. Must be well versed and experienced in apartment maintenance technician (plumbing, structural, HVAC, electrical). Must have plumbing experience Experience with caulking, painting, and drywall work Experience changing light fixtures Must have HVAC troubleshooting experience. Good customer service skills Needs to have their own transportation. Needs their own basic tools.
