$300 Sign on Bonus to be paid after 90 days of employment

Why This Role Matters The Floor Machine Operator ensures clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities under government contracts by operating floor care equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting Didlake's mission through quality work and teamwork.
What You Will Do Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
Clean and maintain floors and common areas include corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies, and other assigned spaces.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.
Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.
Follow all safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.
Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring Education & Experience High School diploma or GED.
Minimum one (1) year of experience operating floor machines.
Must be a U. S. citizen
Real Id required for access to the work site. Skills & Abilities Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with co-workers, including individuals with disabilities.
