We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair work across buildings, equipment, and facilities. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in multiple trades who can troubleshoot issues and complete a variety of repair tasks independently. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work across the facility Complete carpentry, drywall, and basic repair tasks Assist with installation and repair of cabinets, doors, windows, and fixtures Support minor plumbing and mechanical repairs Perform basic painting and touch-up work Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Complete work orders and document completed tasks Support general upkeep, including light janitorial duties Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or a related trade Knowledge of basic building systems (carpentry, plumbing, etc.) Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Hands-on and mechanically inclined Able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day Comfortable working in different environments Team player with a positive attitude boolean search
