Role Summary Our Ridgeway, VA location is looking for a committed Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running at peak performance. We are searching for an individual who enjoys diagnosing technical problems and performing hands-on repairs to join our dedicated team. Core Duties Execute regular upkeep and fix machinery and industrial equipment. Perform thorough assessments to detect potential faults and help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Address equipment malfunctions and urgent repair needs with speed and efficiency. Document all maintenance tasks and repair history to ensure accurate record-keeping. Work alongside colleagues to refine operational workflows and boost overall productivity. Support the setup and integration of updated systems and machinery. Ensure the workspace remains tidy and orderly while following all established safety guidelines. Required Skills and Experience Completion of secondary education or equivalent; vocational training is advantageous. Demonstrated background working in a maintenance or related technical capacity. Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure. Capability to diagnose and resolve issues across a diverse range of hardware. Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for precision. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team. Openness to maintaining a flexible schedule that may include weekends or holidays based on operational demands.
