Fralin, Inc., a growing multi-faceted real estate developer based in Roanoke, VA. We manage over 1,400 units and several office buildings (mostly new construction) throughout southwest Virginia.

Responsibilities and essential tasks:

Resolve work orders according to assigned priority. Manage, and perform as needed, the turnover of rental units to ensure move-in ready condition for new residents. Ensure acceptable condition of grounds and building exteriors of assigned communities. Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
