Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong electrical and/or mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, electrical repairs, and hydraulic system maintenance
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair high voltage electrical systems
• Perform stick welding as needed for repairs
• Utilize work orders to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Machining and/or lathe experience a plus.
• previous experience on printing presses or finishing paper-converting machines a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role
• required at least 5 years
• Strong electrical & mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair various systems with tight tolerances
• Proficiency in electrical repairs, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics
• Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems
• Experience with stick welding is preferred
• Ability to work on your own and read schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
