Join Our Team! We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property's buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community. This position requires a motivated professional who can work independently while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Complete service requests promptly and professionally. Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas. Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes. Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory. Qualifications 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry. EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
