Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Install windows, doors, flooring, tiles, and other building materials with precision and care. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on various job sites. Assist with remodeling projects by applying skills in trim carpentry, plastering, caulking, stucco, and hardscape installation. Support management by estimating materials needed and coordinating with team members for efficient workflow. Skills Extensive experience with building construction, including window installation and door hanging. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques. Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards. Skilled in electrical work, plumbing, tile laying, flooring installation, and stucco application. Outdoor work experience on various construction projects is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in remodeling and material installation tasks.
