What You'll Do:

✔ Keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained ✔ Perform routine maintenance and general repairs ✔ Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues ✔ Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections ✔ Assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects ✔ Help maintain outdoor areas and common spaces ✔ Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests ✅

What We're Looking For:
