Job Description

FULL TIME POSITION TO PERFORM AND HELP PERFORM MAINTENANCE TASKS ON COMMERICAL PROPERTIES ACROSS HAMPTON ROADS. MUST HAVE A SKILL SET TO BE ABLE TO DO LIGHT ELECTRICAL, LIGHT PLUMBING, PAINTING, DRYWALL REPAIR, BULK TRASH, CHANGE CEILING TILES, PRESSURE WASH, AND ALL-AROUND GENERAL REPAIR TASKS NEEDED ON A COMMERICAL BUILDING ON A REGULAR BASIS. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY TO COMPLETE WORK WITHIN SKILL SET. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND GENERAL TOOLS NEEDED TO COMPLETE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PLEASE SEND ALL RESUMES TO JOBS
