Job Description
PLEASE NOTE
This is a field-based position. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Winchester, Virginia, as they will travel directly to customer locations throughout the territory. This is not a remote position.Compensation:
Starting at $24/hr, based on experience We're looking for experienced technicians to install and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and warehouse equipment. Our Dock & Door Technicians start their day from home and travel directly to customer sites. If you have strong mechanical skills and work well in a team environment, this is a great long-term opportunity! Why This Role isDifferent:

Install, maintain, and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and related equipment Travel to customer facilities throughout the day Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks Communicate clearly with customers on work performed and recommendations All other responsibilities/duties as assignedWhat You Need:
Mechanical experience (dock & door, construction, garage doors, or similar) Comfort working with tools, equipment, and installations Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, climb, and work in physical environments Willingness to work overtime as neededWhat We Offer:
