What You'll Do Facility Upkeep:
Perform general building maintenance and handyman tasks, including interior and exterior painting, minor repairs, fixture replacement, door and hardware repairs, basic carpentry, and routine upkeep of facility structures and common areas.
Operational Support:
Complete cross-training on the battery changer and provide support as needed to help maintain efficient operational flow.
Maintenance Support:
Assist the broader Maintenance department with preventive maintenance activities, facility repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and specialized maintenance projects during peak periods or as operational needs require.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, and other departments to identify facility needs, address issues promptly, and maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
Independent Work:
Prioritize and execute daily maintenance and facility-related tasks efficiently with minimal to no direct supervision while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support facility and operational needs.
Work Location:
Windsor Virginia Distribution Center Experience & Skills You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience in general building maintenance, handy work, or facility upkeep. Basic proficiency in painting, drywall patch/repair, and minor carpentry. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently during evening hours. Flexibility to learn new operational skills (like battery changing) and support team initiatives VA Pay Range is $19.50-$20.50 per hour Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
