Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:
Monitor equipment operation and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues Disassemble, repair, replace, adjust, lubricate, clean, and reassemble equipment components Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, filter changes, belt inspections, and component checks Diagnose and repair motors, starters, sensors, relays, motor controls, and electrical systems up to 480V Program and modify PLC logic as needed to support equipment operation Inspect parts for wear, damage, defects, and dimensional changes and fabricate or repair components using shop tools Install functional and structural equipment components according to technical specifications Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Maintain an organized maintenance shop and parts area Document diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance software Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Other duties as assigned Qualifications for
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:
Associate degree or equivalent technical training in an applied trade Two to five years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in rubber, plastics, injection molding, or extrusion manufacturing Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex electrical and control systems Experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining industrial equipment Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hands, with occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, and crawling Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in environments with heat, noise, and moving equipment Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards; reports hazards and uses required PPE Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach Please apply by clicking on the link below, then call or text (276) 335-2080.
