We are expanding our maintenance team seeking someone with at least two years' experience in property maintenance and/or general construction. The role supports day-to-day maintenance operations across property sites, including grounds and building maintenance; occupied apartment repairs and unit turnover renovations. Candidates should have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, painting, and equipment repair. This position requires regularly lifting 30-60 pounds, standing or walking throughout the day, and occasionally lifting heavy furniture, supplies, or equipment. Candidates must also reliably maintain work-order documentation and communicate effectively with coworkers via email, text messaging, and voice calls. We provide on-the-job training, a work truck, and all necessary tools. This position has advancement potential. Benefits package of up to $35,000 per year depending on family size, including a stipend for On Call shifts and overtime hours. Ideal candidates live within 30 min from Brattleboro, VT.
