Maintenance Technician will be assisting with general maintenance tasks for a large portfolio of commercial buildings

General Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks Minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC as required Seasonal tasks such as snow clearing, weeding Assist / monitor work performed by outside contractors General cleaning, and upkeep of properties Personal skills and attributes: General commercial building knowledge General knowledge of hand tools and their functions Treats employees, tenants, vendors, and subs as partners Acts with integrity, maintaining ethical standards Team player Detail oriented

$37,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
