Compensation is based on experience and skill set. We are currently seeking a detail oriented, experienced maintenance worker to join our team. Our hotel is the newest in the area and the opportunity to work in this type of environment is rare! Many systems are still under warranty.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work nights and weekends. Candidate must be able to maintain preventative maintenance for the hotel and the hotel grounds to industry's highest of standards. Candidate must possess a good work ethic, be reliable, and be able to successfully work as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must possess good problem-solving skills as well excellent communication skills. Candidate is required to follow all company standards and codes of conduct.

Skills required:

General maintenance skills and background as well as painting, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, carpentry. HVAC experience a plus. Pool Maintenance Certification is preferred but we will provide training for the candidate if needed. Thank you for your interest in our position and we look forward to hearing from you!
