This role would suit a General Maintenance Worker, Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician or Building Maintenance professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience looking for a secure federal facilities position.

The Role:

Carry out general building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and masonry. Repair and replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, motors, sinks, toilets, doors, locks, flooring, windows and other building components. Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs and general upkeep of facility equipment and machinery.
