Full Time Maintenance Tech Position Rutland Housing Authority is hiring a full time Maintenance Technician In partnership with the Property Manager responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of one or more assigned properties. Performs various maintenance functions including but not limited to work orders, janitorial, grounds and other maintenance needs timely and effectively. Provide on-site coordination of outside contractors Manage building systems, safety equipment, preventative maintenance, snow removal, grounds and unit turnovers. Must possess a good work ethic and take pride in your work and in the appearance of properties. Should be able to initiate work with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment in its execution. This is a 40 hour a week position with a competitive salary and benefits package - including health, dental, life & disability, pension and generous time off.
