Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our Arlington team. This is year around work and almost always indoor. We are looking for a highly motivated person who can take charge and get projects done.
Pay:
$20-$25
Hours:
Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proficiency with hand and power tools. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time. Maintenance items of machinery. Indoor and outdoor facilities. Complete safety checklists, eyewash stations, and other compliance items. Accurately read a tape measure. Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift. Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments. Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift Other duties as needed Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair work. Strong analytical skills to assess problems and determine appropriate solutions. Comfortable operating scissor lifts and other machinery safely. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
