This advanced-level position performs skilled maintenance and troubleshooting across multiple building systems, working independently while supporting team operations. In the absence of the Manager, this role may serve as a lead providing guidance to Level I and II Maintenance Technicians while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory readiness. Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to climb ladders, push and pull items. Apply your physical and muscle strength to lift, push, pull or carry objects. $29.95 to $43.16 per hour
