Maintenance Technician III Posted on May 12, 2025 May 12, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians III to join our client's team and contribute to the upkeep of automated manufacturing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex machinery, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Position Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repairs Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of automated production machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, and repair or replace defective components Collaborate with other team members to perform preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions quickly to minimize production disruptions Utilize diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and suggest solutions to improve operational efficiency Safety & Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company and industry standards Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used Report maintenance progress to supervisors and suggest improvements for processes Prerequisites Previous experience working in an automated manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a team-oriented and high-pressure environment Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment diagnostics Flexibility to work various shifts (Pitman Night and Pitman Day shifts available) Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus Relevant technical training in electrical or mechanical systems preferred What the Role Offers Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually 20% permanent placement fee Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holiday benefits Opportunity to work with advanced automated systems and contribute to high-impact projects Why Burlington?
