Our work is extremely varied. We provide services that include residential and commercial maintenance, repairs, improvements, unit turnovers, and light remodeling. No two weeks look the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and has a broad, well-rounded skill set. Experience should include a combination of: General handyman & property maintenance General repairs & troubleshooting Drywall repair, patching & painting Basic plumbing & electrical Installing fixtures, toilets & other household components Flooring, doors, trim & cabinets Carpentry & finish work Deck, fence & exterior repairs Property improvements & light remodeling This is not an entry-level or trainee position. We're looking for someone who can assess a task, determine the appropriate repair or solution, and complete quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
The right candidate should:
Be proficient with common hand and power tools Be comfortable working independently or alongside a team Be professional, respectful, and comfortable working in occupied homes and businesses Communicate clearly with team members, customers, tenants, and property owners Be comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Be dependable, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot problems as they arise
COMPENSATION
$28-$40/hr DOE, based on experience and skill set.

Emergencies and unexpected needs come up, and the schedule for the day can change quickly. Being able to go with the flow, adjust on the fly, problem-solve, and make the most of the day is an important part of working with us. We understand that flexibility matters outside of work too. We're open to reasonable scheduling adjustments for childcare, school pickup/drop-off, appointments, family commitments, and other personal responsibilities.
