In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities equipment. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while supporting the ongoing upkeep of our facilities. Very likely.this position could turn into a full-time position Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment using schematics, hand tools . Carpentry, painting, and other handyman skills to address facility needs and aesthetic improvements. Troubleshoot issues with electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and mechanical devices to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; interpret schematics for complex repairs. Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects and oversee small team tasks when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment during all maintenance activities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building interior maintenance and facilities equipment upkeep. Proficiency in electrical work, including repairing electrical equipment and reading schematics. Plumbing system maintenance and repair, and general facilities maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing devices. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is required for effective communication across teams.
