What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician at our Service Center, you'll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team. Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Supporting all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep. Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca's internal safety standards. Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.
What We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You should have:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO. Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic. Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls. Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Schedule, Pay and Perks:
Pay $32-34 per hour with $.50 Shift differential 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ( Monday - Friday)
