Now Hiring:
Onsite Maintenance Technician Are you a dependable, motivated maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a community looking its best? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30
PM Full-time Responsibilities:
Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform apartment turns, including repairs and preparing homes for new residents. Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs. Repair appliances, drywall, doors, windows, cabinetry, locks, and other building components. Complete painting, caulking, and general carpentry repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections. Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. Assist with emergency maintenance calls and participate in an on-call rotation. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred. Experience with light plumbing, light electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

Pay:
$4,400.00 - $5,280.00 per month
