: The Machine and Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of our machinery as well as general facilities maintenance.Duties:
Start machines and observe operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance. Inspect or test damaged machine parts. Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools. Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments. Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. Maintain organized work area. Other facilities maintenance as required. General Requirements Keen Mechanical Sense Able to work safely in manufacturing environment. Experience working with hand tools. Experience troubleshooting machinery. Good communication skills Good organizational skills Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs with proper body mechanics.
